Authentic PELEH® merchandise may also be sold directly by PELEH® at authorized events, pop-up shops, vendor events, or through other sales channels specifically identified by PELEH® as authorized.
Unless expressly authorized by PELEH®, third parties may not manufacture, reproduce, customize, market, or sell merchandise using PELEH® trademarks, logos, original artwork, or other protected brand elements.
PELEH® does not authorize unauthorized:

Products sold by unauthorized sellers are not manufactured, inspected, fulfilled, or guaranteed by PELEH®.
PELEH® cannot guarantee the quality, accuracy, authenticity, sizing, fulfillment, return eligibility, or customer service associated with merchandise purchased from unauthorized sellers.
How to Verify Authentic PELEH® Merchandise

Resale of Genuine PELEH® Merchandise
A customer reselling a genuine PELEH® item that they lawfully purchased does not automatically make that item counterfeit.
However, independent resellers are not authorized PELEH® retailers unless expressly approved by PELEH®, and PELEH® does not guarantee the condition, authenticity, transaction, pricing, or customer service associated with independent resale transactions.
Resellers may not falsely represent themselves as PELEH®, an official PELEH® store, or an authorized PELEH® retailer.
